Day Three Hundred Forty-One

Georgia - Turner Field, Atlanta

Notes: Since 1997, Turner Field has been the home of Major League Baseball's Atlanta Braves.  However, the stadium was originally built for much bigger sporting event - the 1996 Summer Olympics.  Centennial Olympics Stadium, as it was originally known, hosted the track and field events as well as the closing ceremony.  As the Olympic stadium, it could hold 85,000 spectators, but the conversion to a baseball stadium cut the seating down to 49,586.  The Braves lease on Turner Field will be up in 2016, at which time they will move to a new stadium.  Oh good, another stadium postcard to collect!
