Minnesota - Science Museum of Minnesota, St. Paul

Notes: The Science Museum of Minnesota in St. Paul opened in 1907, and  moved to this location along the Mississippi River in 1999.  The caption on the back of the card claims that it is the most popular museum in the Upper Midwest.  I guess that Illinois doesn't count as Upper Midwest to them, because I know a few museums in Chicago that could dispute that popularity claim!  The museum has exhibits covering (among others) dinosaurs and fossils, the human body and the Mississippi River.  The collection that most intrigues me was originally housed in the Museum of Questionable Medical Devices, which closed in 2002.  It's always interesting to me to see what people actually used to believe would cure their ailments.
