I'll Let You Do Your Own Jokes

Notes: Journey to the Seventh Planet is a science fiction film released in 1962. The caption on the back of the card gives a pretty good summary of the movie, so I'll post it instead of trying to summarize a movie I've never seen:

"John Agar strides the spaceways in this trip up Uranus, 2001 AD. The lone American leading a United Nations crew (mainly because the film was shot in Sweden) is soon 'trapped in a spectacle of terror' as he encounters his 'unspeakable fears and deepest desires' in the shape of giant rats, man-eating spiders, one-eyed dragons and replicas of sundry Earthgirls. These are all mental manifestations conjured up by Uranus' only inhabitant, an outsize eye."

This absolutely sounds like a movie that would have been featured on Mystery Science Theater 3000, but sadly it was not.  However, John Agar, the star of this movie, starred in three other movies that did get the MST3K treatment - Women of the Prehistoric Planet, Revenge of the Creature, and The Mole People

I really don't feel qualified to provide humor.
