Not That Kind of Mold

Notes: If you thought that Stonehenge was the only circle of stones in the United Kingdom, you would be incorrect.  These Eisteddfod stones are on Bailey Hill in Mold, Wales.  There are several possibilities for how Mold got its name, but none of them involve that icky stuff that grows on food that's been in your refrigerator for too long.  Anyway, stone circles like this one are used for the annual National Eisteddfod of Wales, a week-long festival held every August.  The National Eisteddfod has been held in Mold four times, most recently in 2007.  If you want to attend the 2016 festival, you'll have to go to Monmouthshire in southern Wales.
