Michigan - Thomas Edison's Menlo Park Laboratory, Greenfield Village, Dearborn

From: Swap at a Postcrossing Meetup
Notes: Greenfield Village, located next to the Henry Ford Museum in Dearborn, Michigan, is a 90+ acre living history museum.  It features nearly 100 historical buildings, including the Wright Brothers home and bicycle shop, Noah Webster's home, Henry Ford's birthplace, and this replica of Thomas Edison's laboratory from Menlo Park, New Jersey.  It was in the original lab that Edison invented many important items, including the phonograph, the motion picture camera and the stock ticker.
