Misspelled U.S. State or Russian Handicraft?

Notes :This card depicts a Khokhloma (bless you!), and to answer the question in the title, it IS a Russian handicraft, not a misspelling of Oklahoma.  Khokhloma is a style of painting wood with red and gold, using flower patterns and a black background.  This style is typically used on tableware or furniture.  It was named after the trade settlement Khokhloma in the latter half of the 17th century.  There are several factories in Russia that still make Khokhloma pieces.
